Brian L Porter is a multiple award-winning, bestselling author and poet. He's best known for his successful Mersey Mystery series and his true life, bestselling Family of Rescue Dogs Series. He also writes children's books as Harry Porter and romantic poetry as Juan Pablo Jalisco, (Of Aztecs and  Conquistadors).

He is a  grandfather, a former member of the Royal Air Force, is married to Juliet and together they live in the North of England, sharing their  home with their canine family of nine rescued dogs.
